Gender and medicalization

On November 28–29, 2022, the conference “Gender and medicalization” will take place in Paris. It is organized by the Initiative for Gender (Philomel) and the Initiative for Biomedical Humanities of Sorbonne Université.

The organizers welcome proposals from:

• the humanities and social sciences in their diversity (sociology, history, literature, anthropology, classics, psychology, arts, science and technology, economics, law, philosophy, political science, public health, etc.)
• professionals from the health sector
• social activists in the field of health
