SSHM 50th Anniversary Conference: Resilience POSTPONED

Biennual conference of the Society for the Social History of Medicine

POSTPONED to June/July 2022

The Society for the Social History of Medicine has had to postpone last year’s conference again, this time to June-July 2022. The theme is resilience: What are the histories of resilience as a medical, psychiatric and biological concept? What are the connections between resilience and the social history of medicine? Over three days the conference will address these questions with over 150 papers spanning the 15th to the 21st century.
Keynote speakers: Laura Kelly and Michael Stolberg.
The original programme will be updated. More information on the SSHM website.
