Gewina spring meeting on bodily remains in museums

On April 26, Gewina will hold its Spring Meeting in Museum Vrolik in Amsterdam. The meeting (in Dutch) is titled “Human remains in museums”, and it will address the question: “How should we deal today with human remains that have ended up in museum collections without the explicit consent of those involved or of their relatives?”

The meeting will include talks by four speakers: Lisa Vanderheyden, Laurens de Rooy, Lies Busselen, Paul Wolff Mitchell.
