Lecture series “Zorgen over de zorg”
Utrecht University’s Studium Generale is running a series of talks on the topic “Concerns on healthcare”.
The future of healthcare looks bleak. An ageing population, overpriced medicines and unnecessary treatments mean that healthcare expenditure will only increase. Health professionals are unavailable or leave healthcare out of frustration. What is going on? How do we get the healthcare we want? And what conflicting interests stand in the way of a rapid transition?
You can find the upcoming talks, as well as recordings of previous lectures and short articles on those themes, by visiting this page (in Dutch). The talks take place in person in the TivoliVredenburg, Utrecht, as well as online through a livestream. Participation is free.
